How to FEEL your way to Success

Do you remember the last time you had a blast? I mean you were having the time of your life. Think about it. I hope it was not too long ago.

What was going on in your mind, around you, INSIDE you? You were most likely feeling really good. You were smiling, laughing, and just having a good time. Can you remember a time when you could not stop laughing?

My sister and I have this thing that we can read each other. I saw her a few weeks ago. She lives in another state. We, that is, she and my wife and I, went out for breakfast. We started talking and my wife brings up something and I said something, I forget what, and I look at my sister and she starts laughing. Then we looked at each other again and she started laughing some more. This was no chuckle either. She was not breathing. I am laughing right now just thinking about it.

I know I was having a blast making my sister laugh and my wife giving me that look like, there goes my husband again being funny. I love to laugh and it really makes me feel good.

When you are in a state of feeling good, that is the best time to go quiet in your mind and see yourself accomplishing your goals, and living the life of your dreams.

Yes, I sure would not close my eyes right in the restaurant. But I also can think back to that time of making my sister laugh, and having a good time, to help generate the good feelings that would bring me right into the perfect state to visualize my success.

This has also been referred to as "feelization".

The best way to begin any visualization or meditation is to get into a state of feeling good. When you are feeling good, you are thinking positive thoughts. These thoughts are going to continue to help you stay in a state of feeling good. When it's time to meditate or do your visualization, start by getting into a state of feeling good. Think of some fun time, or a great accomplishment, or anything that brings you into a state of feeling good.

The next time you want to accomplish a goal faster, try "feeling" your way to success!
