Wartime Prisoners and the Will to Fight; War is Hell, Let?s Win Alright?
We learned some lessons in these last few wars. For instance: some of Saddam's Iraqi army personal may have given up or volunteered to give up to slow us down. Prisoners take time to handle and resources to collect. Some are now saying we should not have spared them. He who fights and runs away, lives to fight another day. The only thing relevant of the Geneva Convention rules for modern warfare in collecting and giving back prisoners, is that you have guaranteed future wars as those prisoners return to their state and tell of the over embellished atrocities of the enemy. Ironic that you can spare someone and return them to their family and they live to make things worse for you later. Lets take look at John Mc Cain prisoner of the our enemy eventually returned. Now in significant political position and of significant knowledge of war to re-wage war against other foes for of our Nations; stead fast in his resolve to push thru legislation for better fighting vehicles, weaponry and tough as nails when it comes to negotiations with states like Iran or North Korea. That is good for us, but bad for them. Likewise if we spare men who are taken prisoner, we will inevitably cause a back lash against us later and thus passing on bad will towards Americans to future generations coming in contact with that individual spared returnee. Many of the prisoners we captured in Gulf War I fought against us in Gulf War II. Real guns and ammo attempting to kill real Americans, think about that for a second. In Cuba we have collected terrorists. It is more humane to kill them now then to leave them in prison forever. If for some reason they are returned they return heroes to their countrymen and a thorn in our side. This is bad. Let us return to the original subject here. WILL TO WIN, WILL TO FIGHT. I have been watching the number of attorneys in the military and political arena who argue the definitions of right and wrong. First in war it is all gray and you cannot make sense of any of it. How can you make sense of killing your own species over some ridiculous argument of political will? Yet we must protect our people, that clearly is the mission here. How can we protect our people fighting battles half way and succumbing to the liberal media views and the academia BS. I did not invent war, I do not even condone war; war sucks. Yes war is hell, yes it is bad, yes it makes no sense from an intellectual standpoint, but it must be dealt with. You cannot turn your back on it. If you do they will march you off to concentration camps and you will be killed when they decide feeding you is too expensive. War is hell, yes that is correct. War is evil, yes that is safe to say in the modern context of a society. So with that said and war having been waged on us and being contemplated to be waged on us some more with weapons of mass destruction. We must remember what war is as we fight a war. War is hell so we bring a little hell to the enemy. What is hell on Earth? Hell is firestorms, hell is mutulated people screaming, hell is evil and bad. That is what our enemy brought to us. We must bring this to the enemy. Get tough and pay attention America there are folks out there that are plotting to kill you and I and everyone we associate with. If there is going to be a war, God forbid, let's win it and stop trying to do it half way. Think about it. What are the benefits of Nuclear War again; I must have missed that point? Indian and Pakistan and nuclear war. What does the world lose if India and Pakistan have a nuclear war? Computer Cyber virus attack from hackers Recently the CIA staged a practice simulation of a cyber attack used to take down the Internet. The simulated attack was called "Silent Horizons" and they learned quite a bit about what could happen if we fail to protect the flow of information. Now before you say no one could bring down the entire Internet. You are sadly mistaken, as we created it and mankind has those amongst us with the tools and brains to bring it all crashing down. I recommend you read up on the CIA report after it comes out on the Silent Horizon project and while you are at it; I recommend this book as well: North Korea and Diplomatic Solutions; Random Thoughts Part I You know now that North Korea is backing down on their nuclear ambitions we seem to have a problem with the 8 nuclear weapons already created that no one wishes to address. In studying the reports and having thoughts on this matter; it seems we might still end up in a war over these issues. Should we use warfare to serve our political will and if we try we should do so in a cost conscious manner. Here are some thoughts on winning a military victory against North Korea to serve our political forthwith. First it would appear we have many allies in the region, including some from not so far away. Pakistan a potential partner in the over taking of the government is just iching to flex it's perceived military might and make friends with us after we got upset at the non capture of Osama Bin Laden and kind of asked about why he might have hidden briefly in Pakistan. One CIA man has potentially targeted Pakistan as aiding and giving comfort to our enemy there? But Pakistan also wants some F-16s and of course we want them to buy such aircraft from us. Meanwhile the Israelis see China as a good market to sell the latest warfare technologies? But who might China be looking at as it builds up its forces, it has no enemies that large? Or does it; as in the United States? The Wage-Productivity Gap The most damaging factor to our economy today is the Wage-Productivity gap. This refers to the increase in the hourly output of workers vs. the increase in hourly pay. This concept is described quite well in Chapter 6 of economist Ravi Batra's book, "Greenspan's Fraud." War with Red China Eminent Now An irresponsible Chinese General made a very telling comment recently. He stated that when China takes over Taiwan, that the United States better not interfere otherwise China would be forced to retaliate with nuclear weapons against the United States. This sent shock waves throughout the civilized world and reminded us once again that we are dealing with Red China, a communist nation. Dismal Performance of the NSA The NSA failed the American people and allowed the attack to occur on 9-11-2001. They had nearly an unlimited budget to work with, complete interagency trumping power and more data than God. Yet, they squandered away our chances in another huge bureaucracy of epic proportions. It is unacceptable for failure. Government's number one job is to protect the American people, yet with all the funding, black budgets and manpower they failed. Why is this? Has the NSA become weak, drowned in bureaucracy with over zealous ladder climbing incompetence? Yes, in fact this is what happened. Could I do a better job? Yes, any one could. Including my mother. It is pathetic to think with all the data available, all the information, all the little petty weak humans sneaking around and collecting all our private information that they could not even catch the hijackers of 9-11 who had FAA certificates, drivers licenses, VISAs and lived right out in the open?
