JobBank USA - specializes in providing career information including job and resume database services to job candidates, employers and recruitment firms in the U.S. and worldwide.
Net-Temps Net-Temps is a Job Posting Service, designed to allow staffing services and recruiters to publish an unlimited number of temporary and full time openings on over 400 high-traffic Web sites.
They also have a nice (FREE!) resume posting service. They say,"Put your resume here and get ready to answer the phone." (Let me know if it works for you.)
NationJob Nice Site. Put P.J. Scout to work for you. Build a resume on site to auto compare to the job database.
Hot Jobs Good site. They improved the search engine and added a "Next" button. They also increased he timeout limit so you can view more jobs.
ComputerWork Very nice site! I really like the area code search, which allows you search for a job in a selected area code. This is much better than a city search. especially in a metro area where there are several cities. The only problem is that they let a couple of New Jersey companies "Spam" their data base, by putting every area code into the search field. This would be ok if it were a telecommute job, but the ones I saw were not...
Best Jobs U.S.A. Nice, but a "State" search returns too many nationwide or no location listings.
DICE Nice site. Good search engine. Several users have commented on how much they like this site. Well, I missed this one. What I thought were the job tools were links to other places. Oscar is a tool for recruiters. The Job Seeker's tools are a profile matcher, and a resume place. DICE will check your profile against their jobs base every day, and send you e-mail if you match! The resume posting service lets employers see your resume on-line. (Its not a maching or distribution service, just a place on the web for your resume.) These services are FREE. Don't miss DICE...
Career Mosaic Nice, but main page text is tiny and hard to read, and a "State" search returns lots of "Nationwide" jobs. But their radius search is wonderful, you can search for jobs within a selected radius of a zip code. And a button lets you turn off nationwide jobs (if only they would add that to the state search).
PDQCareers PDQ Personnel Services, Inc. They Say; "Providing staffing solutions for the New Millennium. We use technology, innovation and old-fasioned customer service in the placement of full-time and temporary personnel."
Nice site. No search engine, but a list of jobs is available. If you are looking for a job in California, check this site.
